Princeton, NJ – November 4, 2002 – Laureate Pharma L.P. announced the appointment of John J. Morris as Vice President, Controller & Strategic Planning. Reporting to Robert J. Broeze, Ph.D., President, he is responsible for all aspects of finance, supply chain management, information technology, and corporate planning.

Since 2000, Mr. Morris operated his own management consulting practice, serving the pharmaceutical and consumer products industry. From 1997 to 2000, he was an Associate Partner with Accenture, a global consulting organization. Prior to that, he was with Sterling Drug, Inc. for 22 years in a variety of increasingly responsible finance and operations positions. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from St. Peter’s College, an M.B.A. in Finance from Pace University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
